      Hi Merri,

I don’t know if this is a coincidence or not, but I have seen lots of complaints regarding the issue from Samsung and other Android devices.

If you follow the steps mentioned in the post above and didn’t work, I would recommend trying it on a new device preferably an iPhone.

You can use your friend’s phone (it doesn’t have to be an iPhone) and log in to the app with your account credentials and try scanning it from their end.

If the issue still persists, contact the Cash App support team and let them know of the issue.

      Hopefully, this helps.

      Hi Blaine,

Cash App support may take 3-4 days to respond. However, that isn’t guaranteed too. They aren’t best known for their support. Personally, I would recommend tweeting at them as that is the best possible option to get the fastest response from them.
